Rescheduling
A.If you need to reschedule your session, the first time is free.
There is a $50.00 fee for rescheduling for the second time, a $100 fee for the third time, and your services are canceled without a refund at a 4th request to reschedule.
Do I need my hair and makeup done?
A.Please arrive to your session camera ready.
Makeup is recommended but not required.
What are retouched images?
A.Retouched photos include blemish removal, skin smoothing, and removal of unwanted objects.
What happens if I'm late?
A.If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, there is a $15 late fee. If you choose to continue with your session, the fee will still apply and you will have the remaining time to finish your session. After 40 minutes, your session is canceled without a refund.
Do you provide Props?
A.Please bring any props you would like to be photographed with. There is an extra fee if you want me to provide props.
When should I expect my pictures?
A.Your images will be ready on the online gallery in 2-3 weeks. Once the images are uploaded to the online gallery, you will have a 7 days window to download images. The client will be responsible for downloading their images to a device for personal use.
You have 7 days to download your digital images. There is an extra fee to reload digital images after 7 days.
Rush Fee
A.A rush order is a 1-week turnaround from the date of selections received. It is a $100.00 investment.
Travel Fee
A.35-75 miles: $50
76-150 miles: $75
151-200 miles: $125
200+ miles: TBD
Payment method
A.Your NON-refundable retainer must be paid through the booking site. Your remaining balance is due before your session. You will receive an automated payment reminder email the day before your session. We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal, but do not accept checks.
When is the best time for maternity pictures
A.The best time to take maternity pictures is between 30-36 weeks.
